Proposal Guidelines
Our proposal guidelines are based on advice dispensed by a major government organization (and that claims to have one of the largest web sites in the world.)
They produce countless Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a conscientious effort to get the best value for the masters they serve -- all of us citizens.
They clearly know what they're doing!
It's a great example of how funding organizations want you to submit your proposal.
Here's an edited excerpt from the document:
"The following template must be used by the applicant in drafting a proposal. Some of the requirements described below will be applicable only to proposals that include a specific project or projects. If this intial proposal is deemed to be acceptable by the Selection Committee, additional information will be requested from the applicant. Please refer to the Selection Process in the Call for Proposals for details on how proposals are evaluated."
